As part of our team, you’ll take on a unique role: bringing innovation to life through live performances and demonstrations outside our stores. This is an exciting opportunity for students or early-career actors to gain real-world experience, develop improvisational and interactive theatre skills, and help us create unforgettable customer moments.

Objectives of this Role

1. Draw attention & drive traffic – Use your performance skills (presence, energy, charisma, or light entertainment) to encourage passersbys to enter the store.
2. Engage & welcome customers – Provide a warm, approachable greeting that sets a positive tone for the shopping experience.
3. Support brand storytelling – Represent the brand’s identity, values, or campaign theme in a way that resonates with customers (e.g., in character, themed attire, or interactive roleplay).
4. Guide customers smoothly – Direct visitors to promotions, featured products, or store staff for assistance, acting as the “bridge” between entertainment and retail sales.
5. Enhance memorability – Create an engaging atmosphere that makes the shopping experience unique and worth sharing (potentially boosting word-of-mouth and social media exposure).
6. Encourage participation – If relevant, involve customers in light activities (photo ops, short skits, giveaways, contests).

As a student actor or performer, you are energetic, creative, and confident engaging with the public. You thrive on bringing stories to life, improvising in the moment, and using performance to spark curiosity. This role will help you gain professional experience, work in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate with a team passionate about retail innovation.
