Job Title: Personal Assistant to the Founders
Location: London HQ (with occasional onsite support across other Central London locations)
Compensation: £25,000 – £27,000 DOE
Hours: Full time, office-based
Start: 1st/2nd week october

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, proactive, and thrives in dynamic environments. You’ll manage both professional and personal responsibilities for the founders - ensuring their time is optimised and operations flow smoothly.


Key Responsibilities

Schedule & Travel Management

  • Manage and coordinate the founders’ diaries, ensuring efficient scheduling of meetings, events, and appointments.
  • Organise national and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.

Household & Personal Support

  • Oversee the hiring and coordination of household staff, including nannies and maintenance personnel, as required.
  • Manage repairs, maintenance, and external service providers for personal and office needs.

Event & Booking Coordination

  • Assist in planning and booking external engagements, from business meetings to personal events.
  • Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to ensure smooth execution of events and arrangements.
     

Administrative & Office Support

  • Provide general administrative support at the workplace, handling correspondence and documentation.
  • Provide booking and other buying support for the office 
  • Ensure tasks are completed promptly and efficiently, keeping communication clear and timely.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a detail-oriented, adaptable, and reliable individual who:

  • Has at least 1 year of experience in a PA, EA, or administrative support role.
  • Is exceptionally organised with excellent time management skills.
  • Remains calm and effective under pressure while juggling multiple priorities.
  • Has strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional yet approachable style. Is proactive, resourceful, and quick to anticipate needs.
  • Proficient in scheduling tools, travel booking systems, and basic office software (MS Office, G-Suite, etc.).
