This role is essential to the Smartech team. We are looking for a passionate and creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital strategy, build community engagement, and amplify our brand's reach. This role is based in NYC but will have a global impact on our storytelling and digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management: Develop, execute, and oversee Smartech's social media strategy, ensuring content aligns with the brand's voice and values across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more.
  • Community Engagement: Foster strong relationships with our online community, driving authentic engagement and responding to inquiries and feedback to build a loyal following.
  • Creative Content Production: Plan, create, and curate innovative, on-brand content, including visuals, videos, and copy, to keep our audiences engaged and informed.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize strategies.
  • Campaign Development: Conceptualize and implement creative campaigns, ensuring their successful execution to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Collaboration: Partner with internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistent messaging and seamless execution of marketing initiatives.

Requirements and Preferences:

  • Proven experience managing social media platforms and executing content strategies.
  • Expertise in social media tools and analytics platforms
  • Proficiency in design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and video editing software.
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
  • You have excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships.
  • You are detail-oriented, organized, and have a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Salary: $67k–$80k/year (Depending on experience) + Commissions and Bonuses
