Job Summary:
As a Sales Staff member at tm:rw, you will play a key role in delivering unforgettable customer experiences. Your mission? Engage with customers, provide expert product recommendations, and ensure every visitor leaves with a positive impression. Beyond sales, you’ll support the store’s operations, help maintain visual merchandising excellence, and contribute to a high-energy, customer-first environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Experience:
- Provide a warm welcome to customers and offer personalized product recommendations.
- Create a dynamic and engaging shopping experience through knowledgeable and friendly service.
- Maintain a visually appealing, clean, and organized store environment.
Sales & Service:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while fostering long-term customer relationships.
- Process transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of products and effectively communicate their value to customers.
Operational Support:
- Assist with merchandising, product displays, and promotional activities.
- Support store operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business goals and uphold brand standards.
Requirements and Preferences:
Experience: Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
Customer-Centric Approach: Passionate about delivering best-in-class customer experiences.
Sales-Oriented Mindset: Driven to meet and exceed sales targets.
